Uncle Braden, Auntie Jennifer and cousin Doreen were able to come over and meet Shyloh for the very first time today. I don't think I've seen Braden hold a baby since we first propped him up on the couch with Katie! Oh, I know he's held his niece and nephews, but I wasn't around to see that. Hey Braden, you look good holding a baby! (Wink wink!)
Of course, Doreen loves getting her picture taken and was more than happy to pose for me with Shyloh. She was so fascinated she didn't even ask to see the pictures until we were done! BTW: Tomorrow is Doreen's Birthday!
We've been getting packages almost every day for Shyloh and another surprise was in the mail for us today! Grandma Wilson packed a box of gifts from my family for Shyloh. Of course Mommy was quite delighted with the clothes but Shyloh was most fascinated with the musical Glo-Worm and the crocheted blanket from Aunt Elizabeth. He loves the feel of the blanket against his lips and slowly turns his head back and forth against it to feel as much of it as he can. Thank you all very much for the gifts (and keep 'em coming!).
Tomorrow is a trip to the hospital for a small (very small!) surgical procedure. We are praying very hard that it goes well.
